When I’m designing I mostly rely on my hard earned common sense. The rest of me is just trying to make something people can smile at. I believe, everyday Jane deserves to save a few good hours of her week and say “ugh” fewer times in a day. 

In the 5 years I’ve spent designing things, I’ve consistently heard the same 4 things about me — 

“Aamzing storytelling! I still remember that one time...”

“You’re our go to person to analyse and make sense of things”

“You ask all the right questions none does but should”

“...you’re not terrible to hang around with”

I’m not. I make large meals, host epic game nights and disappear into my reading nook when it’s all over. I also disappear really well into old heritage buildings, museum gift shops or my plain old yoga mat.
